On March 11, 2009 Alfred Bowman posted under "Big Al" yet another defamatory posting whereby he makes allegations that are completely false and misleading. Over the weeks since this very sick individual in my opinion has been posting on Ripoff Report, I have been in contact with the Attorney Generals Office in California, the Security & Exchange Commission in Washington DC and to date have been told there is absolutely no investigation on any business activity regarding National Franchise Services or myself.

It is unfortunate that anyone can make posts without any truth whatsoever. I have been in contact with the FBI offices in both Orlando and Tampa and I am been assured that an investigation will begin on Albert Bowman and his postings. I have been told that a bill is in congress that put a bit into these types of postings that are false and are defamatory.

Bowman has expressed to me in numerous e-mails that he intends to continue with his action until the end of time. I say to Al Bowman, "get a life". In my opinion, he is a very disturbed individuals. I have been asked why I don't sue him. Well, frankly, he drives a 15 year old automobile, does not have a bank account and lives in a house owned by his mother.
